Phil Carlucci Artist

Phil Carlucci

Phil Carlucci: The very name can cause a rift in any optimist's care-free existence. Phil was birthed in New York, and after ten years he was relocated to Florida, where he discovered his hidden talent as a belly button ventriloquist. Phil has been tattooing since 1999, painting since middle school, and working with charcoal since grade school. This bespectacled nihilist of a character is particularly known for his portrait work and cover ups, but he's made a point to do great work no matter the style. A vehement carnivore and cereal connoisseur, Phil's favorite mediums include charcoal, graphite, tempra, acrylic, oil, and pastels, and he finds great joy in tattooing, drawing, or painting oddities and subjects that evoke interesting conversation. He enjoys practical jokes, seeing old people trip or fall, loose fitting pants, and doing great looking tattoos.

Isaac Davis Artist

Isaac Davis

Isaac Davis. Mad scientist, skunk ape hunter, and inventor of the gamma bomb. Somewhere between human and cartoon, Isaac is a master of all mediums and is known primarily for his color work. His tattoos are so bright, Superman needs to wear sunglasses to view them. He is a busy man, and has many repeat customers. Often confused with Odin, Isaac is always willing to put many many hours into making sure a person leaves happy, with a tattoo that absolutely destroys their sense of reality.

Mike Asfour Artist

Mike Asfour

Mike was born in the country side of New Jersey nearly three decades ago. As a early teen he and his family immigrated to sunny south Florida to escape the persecution of Bon Jovi and his hair. Upon finishing a sub par public education in high school where he earned a respectable twelfth grade degree, Mike began an abusive apprenticeship to become a tattoo artist in a vein attempt to find himself. After several years and hundreds of dollars in therapy, Mike finally found it safe to label himself as a "tattoo artist" and followed his dream. He is very open minded and enjoys tattooing many different styles. However, being brainwashed by Mortal Kombat and Pantera for so many years, Mike has a special place in his heart for the dark and controversial in tattooing. If you want to upset your parents, he will do his best to help you out. When not tattooing, Mike enjoys reading books to appear more intelligent, frying his brain in front of his Xbox, and declaring jihads on people he finds to be flail.

Joe Buchman Artist

Joe Buchman

Hailing originally from the small farm town of Saylorsburg, PA is Joe Buchman. Starting his tattooing career in 2007, Joe has worked hard to get him where he is today. He loves tattooing in black and grey, and enjoys using lots of organic images in his artwork. This bearded grisly enjoys wrestling aquatic animals in his free time, as well as traveling, fishing, and shooting.

Alex Rockoff Artist

Alex Rockoff

Alex Rockoff is a small, carbon based life form that currently resides in one of the corners at Aces High. He enjoys sketching and doodling in his free time, and on Sundays he plays tennis, but we don't believe him about the tennis part. Alex has been tattooing since August of 2006 and enjoys using a wide variety of styles and colors. That would be super-cool if he integrated elements of kung-fu with tennis. I could pretty much keep up with what's going on with the game by just listening instead of having to watch. But he's a really good tattoo artist with some strong ambition and great drawing abilities, so we'll take what we can get.

Mel Perlman Artist

Mel Perlman

Melissa was born in South Florida, spent the better part of her youth wondering around the wilds of natural south Florida where she would draw and paint. She ventured off to Boston where she studied printmaking. While there she spent most of her time at Harvard's natural history museum, the aquarium, and many of Boston' art museums and galleries in these spaces she developed a love for highly detailed organic and botanical art. She started tattooing on returning to Florida in 2005 and she enjoys doing bright and bold as well as soft and subtle tattoos. Though she loves to tattoo birds, flowers, and all sorts of flora and fawna she finds herself loving almost anything detailed with multiple images to create a story. In her spare time she enjoys science, history, reading, wildlife, antiques, and is terrified of alligators.

Pat Patterson Artist

Pat Patterson

My name is Pat Patterson.  I'm born and raised in South Florida, and I've been tattooing since March of 2006.  I like to use a lot of bold colors and line work.  When I'm not tattooing or painting or drawing, you can find me working on one of my various various automotive projects that I seem to think would be a good thing to spend money on.  I'm openminded towards tattooing any style of tattoo you're looking to get from the most simple of ideas to the most complex.

Nina Jean Artist

Nina Jean

Nina Jean began her quest for tattoo prowess in the backwoods of West Virginia in 2002. After growing tired of tazmanian devils and nascar emblems, Nina headed for the big city of Baltimore where she continued to fine tune her body art skills for many years. Again growing tired (this time of cold weather), she packed up for south Florida in 2011. Although she is happy to tattoo any style, Nina is a big fan of fine line black and grey. When she's not tattooing or drawing, you can be sure to find Nina at her second home, the barn, where she trains and competes with her horses in everything from fox hunting to show jumping.

Kenny Dick Artist

Kenny Dick

Favorite tattooing style: nautical themes or anything colorful and fun.  Artist who inspire me: Guy Harvey, Carey Chen and too many to list.  One item I can't live without: sour candies.  My hobbies include drawing, painting, fishing, hotrods, concerts, air-soft battles, and video games.  I am a smart-ass, and I love messing with people.  If I can't make you , laugh, I will make you laugh at me.  Finally, my favorite meal: grilled shrimp, steamed broccoli, and baked potato.

Bobby Bosak Artist

Bobby Bosak

He may look a bit standoffish, but Bobby Bosak is one of the biggest goofs we have here at Aces High. He enjoys tattooing his custom traditional and neo-traditional designs, but can put his own spin on whatever subject you bring him. Not taking himself too serious, he tries to always get his clients to laugh. When not tattooing, he's usually drawing or painting. In his free time, he enjoy lifting heavy things, traveling, and looking at pictures of pugs. You can check out more of his work at http://www.BobbyBosak.com !
